Trinity Ambulance VI + Paradise AirLyft: Bringing Helicopter Air Ambulance Coverage to the US & British Virgin Islands

For more than a decade, Trinity Ambulance Virgin Islands has set the standard for rapid, reliable ground transport across St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix. Today we’re proud to unveil the next phase of our mission—this time with a new name in the mix. Under our fresh co‑brand, Paradise AirLyft, we’re launching a dedicated helicopter air ambulance program that will serve both the U.S. and British Virgin Islands.

Why Paradise AirLyft?

Island emergencies don’t stop at territorial borders, and neither should critical care. Operating under the Paradise AirLyft banner allows us to:

  • Signal True Regional Reach. The Paradise name highlights our Caribbean focus, while AeroLyft underscores the rotor‑wing capability behind every flight.

  • Streamline Cross‑Border Agreements. A single brand simplifies licensing and customs clearances for landings in both the USVI and BVI, cutting red tape when minutes matter.

  • Expand Partnerships. Our co‑branded identity resonates with international insurers and repatriation firms seeking dependable Caribbean coverage in one call.

What Sets Our Rotor‑Wing Program Apart?

Key Feature

What It Means for Patients & Providers

Twin‑engine, IFR‑capable helicopter (target: Airbus H145 class)

Safe lift‑offs in challenging weather; room for advanced equipment & crew

30‑minute wheels‑up commitment

Faster initiation of time‑critical stroke, STEMI and trauma transfers

FP‑C/CC‑P flight teams & on‑board critical‑care suite

One continuous chain of care from bedside to aircraft to receiving facility

Our proven dispatch platform and one call average mission‑acceptance time on the ground will extend to Paradise AirLyft’s flight desk, preserving the Trinity standard you already trust.
