St Croix Roll Out
In 2025, Trinity Ambulance proudly expanded operations to St. Croix, extending our commitment to reliable, professional medical transport across the entire U.S. Virgin Islands. This strategic growth allows us to better serve patients and healthcare partners on all three islands, offering the same high-quality emergency, non-emergency, wheelchair, and stretcher transport services now available in St. Croix.
Fleet Expansion
The addition of new Type I, II and III ambulances has significantly expanded Trinity Ambulance’s fleet, enhancing our ability to serve the St. Thomas/St. John district with greater efficiency and coverage. These advanced vehicles strengthen our capacity to provide both emergent and non-emergent transport, particularly in support of air ambulance, cruise ship, and private clients requiring reliable ground coordination and patient transfer services.
We now proudly host the largest fleet of an independent operator in the Caribbean region.
